The guy who did mine is no longer there, but Still Life on PCH near Mahe is exceptionally clean. I know many people who the owner, Tim has done their tattoos, and he does good work.

I agree. Tim at Still Life has done a lot of my friends, and his work is fabulous. Opie Ortiz works out of there, too, and his work is world famous. If you want Seal Beach only, it is THE spot.
