Rose Appliance will come out for an exorbitant amount of $$ and tell you they don't have the part and have to come back another day. Good luck with that! If you have questions, the owner is MEAN!

Went to Rose today ($70 house call to come and diagnose - and that's before fixing it) and Appliance Junkies are $60. I'll call Sears. i was hoping a local "guy" could check it out for less. Any suggestions on actual people?
