I've had surgeries recommended in Flagstaff, that when I went to phoenix where they aren't as needy to make a buck, the orthopedic said do good physical therapy and you don't need surgery! Good physical therapy in cottonwood and sedona is dave dumion. Great shoulder and knee orthopedic is David Zeman in Phoenix.

My husband and I were just at flag ortho (also known as the summit center) incredible staff, moved him through xray and even had him looked at by one of the knee specialists without a prior appt (we were there originally for the ankle specialist) can't say enough good things about the place! 928-774-7757

William Gajewski. He's a mayopractic doctor who worked many years on the St Louis Rams... he's that good. He also has a loooong waiting list, usually will take 3 mos to get an appt unless you can be available at a moments notice, then if theres an opening you'll get a call.

That would be ideal!! I don't know of one, but Lara Michelle is a wonderful masseuse whose work feels structural. She is outside New Frontiers on Thursdays from 11 am-2 pm I believe. She also works from her studio. She is not a chiropractor though.

Dr. David Milgram is the best chiropractor who practices in Sedona as far as I'm concerned. He's been doing chiro here in Sedona longer than anyone (since 1983!) He comes down from his Flagstaff clinic once a week on Wednesdays to serve his Sedona clients at Seven Centers on Mountain Road from 12:30 - 4:30 p.m.
