The very best holistic vet I know is Harmony Vet Care in Prescott. Dr Todd and Dr. Delia are awesome. Acupuncture, chiropractic, and regular approaches too. Very aware.

I am trying these folks, Dr. Flannery in particular, at Airpark Animal Hospital. Their rates are much better, they have a lot of their own equipment in house for faster results and both vets excel at dental work, doing appointments several times a week AND carrying a preventative product I have heard a lot of good things about (ProDen PlaqueOff). Here is their homepage, they are in Cottonwood: http://www.airparkanimalhospital.com/index.html

My rottie had VF that went to her brain. The worst. Was advised to go to Tatum Drugs 28248 N Tatum Blvd Cave Creek, AZ 85331 Vinnie the Pharmacist there is awesome. They get there Fluc from Germany where it is super fine powder, if you open a capsule from other pharmacies and open it and open one of Tatums, you will see the difference. Also, get some Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C - must be Ascorbic Acid - ask Vinnie) it's in a powder so I bought a capsule filler. Give C 15 minutes before Fluc. Fluc is absorbed better in an acidic environment. PM for more details and tag me on this post, so I know to look in the 'other' folder.

Another vote for Dr Kinney. Sedona Small Animal clinic is the best in this area in my limited experience. They helped me with Emma when she was sick last October and even squeezed me in when they were fully booked. Plus, they assisted me in transitioning my beloved and very elderly canine friend, Nala, to the next stage of existence when her health rapidly declined several years ago right after I adopted Emma. The doctor that performed the procedure cried as much as I did.
Jocelyn B. replied:
Go to Dr Kinney. the human society's Low cost clinic nearly killed my puppy. And don't let them vaccinate her at the same time!!!!!!
I have heard very high praise for a veterinarian that opened shop in VOC within the last year. Truly cares. Great skill. Realistic pricing. Anyone know who I mean?
