Ousegate builders are brill. DO NOT use L&M maintenance or re roofers we had major problems and had to get ousegate to sort it out. Be careful if address is a unit no. As they may relate to a caravan no.

I used a company called Danford Brewer & Ives and it never cured the damp. Had them back several times after they completed work and still had damp. (So don't use them!)
