Take all of my animals to Dr Brown at Stonewall and absolutely love her!
Deborah B. replied:
There is a fantastic clinic called Equi-Tech Veterinary in Stonewall just off of #7 highway. They are extremely reasonable and both vets, Dr. Neil and Dr. Luc are great. The prices for medications are almost 1/2 of what we paid at our previous vet. I introduced them to my sister who required surgery on her Bichon and it was $500 less than the price quoted by the vet she was using. Needless to say she has used Equi-Tech ever since. No games, just honest, caring vets. Just another for you to consider.
Laura A. replied:
We have an amazing vet. Always put the animal and fur parents first. East St. Paul vet, it's on henderson.

Dr klug or Dr Penner!! Both great.
Kandace L. replied:
Beausejour vet is where we take my dogs, they're always super helpful and decently priced. Never felt like they ripped us off or anything. I highly recommend going there!
Selkirk Animal Hospital for sure. Klug wanted a $500 deposit just to look at my cat. $85 total bill at Selkirk Animal Hospital, that was exam, test and antibiotics.
Nena S. replied:
I've taken all of my cats to Dr. Klug and never heard of having to give a deposit. One time my cats vet bills should have been over $600 and they know I'm on a very fixed income and reduced my bill to $250!
De K. replied:
Holly was it Dr. Penner or Klug just for info pls
De K. replied:
Well i deal with Dr. Klug every month for my cat. He has feline Leukemia. If it werent for her my Smokie wouldnt be here and we are going on 5 years now. She has helped many and saved many and done lots for free... Little Joe (the cat with no owner and was going blind) A Cat Named Christmas (the cat with no owner and was brought in with its back leg all chewed up)....so Selkirk Veterinary Service i would give 100% yes ....Selkirk Animal Hospital on Mercy 0% and I wont go into story there to many and not good ones...but the choice is yours not everyones story is the same..
My dog needs dental work. It looks like he has a cavity in the two top back molars. Can anyone recommend a good vet?
Kevin W. replied:
The Selkirk vet down at the end of greenwood have always taken good care of my animals
Noreen C. replied:
Stonewall Veterinary Clinic has the best pricing, I believe, as far as "dental work". They also have their "dental month" in February. 10% off. But phone around for quotes. My dog just had bladder surgery and Selkirk Veterinary on Greenwood quoted me alot less for the procedure.
Courtney H. replied:
Noreen Collins you can book a free dental estimate tailored to your dog with the Selkirk vet services
Louise M. replied:
Dr Birte Klug across from the Rec Center
Tina R. replied:
Beausejour Animal hospital has a deal for dental work during the month of February. Dr. Nicci is awesome! She always takes care of our animals

Vicki M. replied:
Dr Klug and Dr Penner at Selkirk Vet are great. Our cat was very sick a couple of weeks ago and they saved his life and were so supportive to us as he recovered. I would highly recommend them.
June B. replied:
Wow I never had a problem with Beausejour but they are cheaper for emergencies then Pembina...I have always taken my babies to Stonewall or Selkirk Vet with Dr. Klug
Kim L. replied:
Dr. Penner and Dr. Klug. They are awesome
Wendy S. replied:
We've had 5 dogs go thru Selkirk Vet and have always been happy with them--thats over period of 27 years
Melissa B. replied:
I prefer Selkirk Animal Hospital. Been going for years and never heard of these ridiculously high prices there. I sure hope they don't do that to others! But honestly, call around and choose the best price. All these vets are great, it's a preferred preference really. Good luck!:)
Frances K. replied:

Dr Penner at Selkirk Vet Services
Heather W. replied:
We take our cat to Dr. Klugg. Have been for years.
Dr Klug is always adding more to the bill or doing her best to get more out of you..I don't recommend her..
Tina B. replied:
If you get an estimate before any visit with any vet you know what to excpect and can talk things over before the visit. If unexpected things come up( i have always been called and we discuss how necessary the surprise is and additional cost). My experience is at Selkirk Vetranary Services. Dr. Penner is great, they have all shown me compassion and great care.
Thea C. replied:
I like Dr. Penner. He has always been great with our 2 dogs. Not judgy or pushy.
Kim V. replied:
I've been taking all my animals to Transcona Veterinary Hospital for years. Love them.
Nena S. replied:
Amber Selkirk Vet is really good, up by the new hospital coming up, off of Greenwood.
Rose L. replied:
I find Stonewall the best..reasonable and they take the time to talk with you and explain every thing. I emailed a few vets and asked what it would cost to spade my dog..everyone came in around 3 to 4 hundred except Dr Klug 700.00...she added a damn teeth cleaning and any thing else she could think of added in the estimate ..
