I need to get a simple document notarized in Korea to send back to the US. Where can I find a public notary in Seoul, hopefully in Yongsan-gu? And how much is the cost?...
Richard R. replied:
Check with these guys: http://www.korlawglobal.com/contactus/sub01.htm, they did some translation and notarizing for my wife and me a couple of years ago, and their staff is part Korean and part from English speaking countries. I also think you can get notarization done at the embassy, but you have to have an appointment.
Brandon K. replied:
The Embassy will notarize some docs but not all. it depends on what your getting notarized http://seoul.usembassy.gov/acs_notarial_services.html
Does anybody know if there is a notary public in Gumi? I seem to recall seeing a post about this a while back but I can't find it. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Never ended up going, but apparently there's one near the City Hall: https://www.facebook.com/groups/206291902739080/permalink/642151022486497/
Just trying to sort out NZ visas for my family. Have to have my signature witnessed by a justice of the peace or notary public - anyone know somewhere I can go to do...
