my restaurant has good crabs. i bartend and serve at Riverbay. you can get them as eat in or take out. our smalls are running at $35 a dozen, our mediums are $50 a dozen, and our larges run at $75. right now in the season.. i honestly think the smaller you go, the better off youll be. they seem sweeter and more full. our larges do look nice, some could even pass as jumbos. but a few have found to be lighter. our number is (410) 757-2919. hope this helps a little, and if u decide to go another route, maybe we'll see ya sometime : )

SugarBakers Bakery for coffee and a chocolate filled croissant in the morning. Dons Seafood for lunch. Their steamed oysters are especially delightful. Bills Seafood for dinner. Everything is perfection there. All are on Main Street. For a sweet treat Island Creamery on Maddox makes ice cream and waffle cones right on the premises. I've been visiting the island for maybe fifteen years; all these places have routinely exceeded my expectations.

Sea Best Seafood Market if you're in a cottage and want to do it yourself. Their crab cakes and steamed shrimp make several of our dinners complete when we are on the island.

Etta's is really good, Steamers is great also Maria for Italian. There is also a little on the right hand side going down Maddox Blvd that serves BBQ, I can't remember the name, but it is awesome. Island Creamery is the best place for ice cream.

If you like Vietnamese food Saigon Village on Main Street near the library is great. Rays Shanty a couple miles off the island is great. If they have heads on shrimp, they are excellent. Sea Star just past the YMCA on Maddox Blvd. has terrific sandwiches. Island Creamery is my favorite ice cream place!
