PS: Not to sidetrack this thread, but I'm also looking for HVAC companies in the area because I plan on having my heat pump/furnace replaced as well. So far I've scheduled appointments with BGE Home and Auereon for HVAC and Allied Remodeling for the roof.

S&K roofing is my go to. The game in as the low bid on a siding project a few years ago and did an amazing job. When I needed a roof I did not even get other quotes.
