The best cakes I've tasted in awhile are at Whole Foods in Knoxville all local stuff and fresh and there not really expensive 30 for a good sized cake and 8 for baby cakes

Pottery House! Walk in the door. You don't have to go for a meal. The desserts are on display with homemade breads. You can buy a slice or whole cake or pie.
