No pediatricians in Seward you’d have to go to Lincoln. However Dr.Novak is amazing with kids as well as Dr. Gabriel and Dr.Summa.

I actually prefer going to a family doctor (we see Dr. Plasek) for routine care, but if you prefer a pediatrician you'll have to go out of town.

Complete children's health we use Dr Russell. But if there ever sick on afternoons or weekends they have another office for that.

We have had wonderful experiences here in seward for ourselves & kids but do have a peditrition in lincoln as well. Lincoln Pediatric Group. I'm not sure if & who there is taking new patients. I know ours is not & some have a wait list but others may. If you can get enrolled they have awesome hours even sundays & late thurs evenings. ALL if their PAs are amazing & we always get same day app (w/any Dr or PA but not necessarily "our" dr) unless I call like in the last hr they are open. When our son was hospitalized last yr the Dr stayed all day at the hospital just 4 him.....AMAZING care!

I HIGHLY recommend Nichole or Charly at Urgent Care. I know you said you preferred not to urgent care, but they are great! Both have children of their own and Nichole worked in a primary care office for many years before urgent care. They are both so knowledgable. If you dont want to have to drive to Lincoln, that would be my choice for my kids

Dr. Ketner at the Seward Clinic has been my doctor since high school and has been my daughter's doctor since she was 3 days old. He just saw me through pregnancy and delivered my son just a couple weeks ago. He's the best! We have been nothing but pleased with all the doctors we've seen in Seward, they've all been great - no drive to Lincoln needed.
