Seymour Oil and Lube. Express Lube, Valvoline. On my car I must change my own oil reminder, but I've never experienced a shop lying about changing my oil when they didn't.

Rusty Radiator is doing oil changes for $24.99 right now and they are open on Saturdays. I've never had an alignment there, but their prices for other work have been very reasonable in my experience!
