Kelly Matta can I assume you have well water? If you do is the low pressure at every location in your home? Some times low pressure is a result of a clogged screen at the end of a faucet. If it is in the entire home it could be your water pressure tank. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WUxXSQ740 nw

I would call a company that does wells. I use Al's Water Pump Service in Atco. Just guessing, but could be the pressure tank, pump or water conditioner / neutralizer. There is probably a bypass valve on the conditioner you could try to eliminate that as a possibility.

Alice, we had the same problem when we moved here. When Robbins Water Service helped us we repairs, we bought a whole-house water filter. As long as we keep the filter set and salt in the softener -- we don't have the sulfur smell and avoid the red staining.
Joe M. replied:
Alice Miceli does the smell only come from the hot water? If it does then your hot water heater should be drained.
