Grunauer's goulashes are fantastic. And about two doors down is Lidia's, which, while she's technically Italian, she grew up in an area that used to be part of Yugoslavia and many of her dishes are very Slavic. Her cabbage rolls, which will be in season soon, are second to none! And then there's this: http://www.euromarketkc.com/restaurant.html

Maybe go knocking on doors in Strawberry Hill or Sugar Creek and see if someone will invite you in? http://www.slavicfest.com/heritage/
