Four more options for you. Taco Pronto Mexican Grill has a room, not sure how big it is (918-426-5990). Whistlestop Bistro in North Town (918-423-8620), Lucys Two in the Aldridge Hotel (918-423-1414), and Angel's Diner (918-423-2633). The last three are all lunch places that cater in the evening. Again, if you do Pete's or Giacomo's, you should pre-set the menu and just have them bring out the two pastas, rather than allowing everyone to order off the menu. Call me if I can help further.

No personal recommendations, but try using Yelp? That's my goto and usually comes through well.

May not be fancy pants enough to make your list...but if you've never had pizza at the Northlake Tavern it's a Seattle classic. http://northlaketavern.com/ I'd also hit up Jack-in-the-Box, Taco Bell and half a dozen random Teriyaki joints.

Urban Family brewing, Holy Mountain Brewing. Or you could hit up Chucks Hop Shop or Brouwers, as they both have 50 taps and thousands of bottles, from amazing local breweries to imported hard to find stuff.
Food wise I love Gainsbourg in Greenwood and Pomerol in Fremont for french food. Din Tai Fung is great but im assuming you have been there since you used to live here. Bol Test Kitchen is a new asian restaurant, i havent been there since they changed over from just being a Pho/bahn mi shop but their food was fucking amazing and they made a solid moscow mule.
EDIT: also theres this place called Barbecue Smith up north of the U District that does a "Texas Ramen" that looks bomb, but i havent been there yet.
