Until whoever is looking finds a real doctor, perhaps you can suggest they watch Dr Oz. I find him and his guests to be so uplifting and motivational. There is always an exercise segment and of course nutritional segments and there is humor. Good luck

The Waynik group is the WORST!!! I go to Griffin Hospital's outpatient office. They're great.

Mark Waynik couldn't care less about human beings. He's a pompous ass and made my ex husband so uncontrollably sick with mixing meds when I told him he wouldn't stop drinking. He nearly ended his life. And when in an appt I told him about Jay drinking and he said "James stop drinking ok?" Like an alcoholic can just turn it off like a light switch. And if course he said ok I will do he could get the pills. He gave him three more meds on too of the two he already had him on. The worst practice I've ever known. The practice should be closed. Bridgeport hospital isn't much better. I am happy at Griffin. Two years now. There's no perfect science but they work to try to help you find the best possible solution for your personal situation. Sorry I babbled on. I just don't like Waynik. Lol. Good luck hon'

I don't know HOW relevant they are because I read them very young, but the stories were still wonderful. They'd be quick reads but I hold them with me. The Artemis Fowl series and Septimus Heap (also known as Magyk) series. Adored them both.
