Dear SZ expats!
We are new here, so 2 questions:
1) Is there any "silk market" or maybe someone can recommend a good tailor?
2) Any platform Chinese use to book...

There are a lot of tailiors on the 5 th floor of the luo hu commercial center and also fabric markets up there, I have a video I did ages ago about getting a suit made there, check it out: https://youtu.be/lWeFyZPbcno

Try pyotravel.com
Jason L. replied:
Try www.zuji.com.hk, cheaper to book hotel & flight packages and leave via Hong Kong. I have compare the prices with Chinese travel agents, online always wins hands down with prices and range. For the full guide and your packages, we have done a package from Hong Kong before, but they all speak Cantonese thru out the bloody tour - lotsa shopping zero sightseeing. For a foreigner like you, a holiday with a tour buses of Chinese tourist would be the ultimate nightmare.
Any recommendation of a good tailor in Shenzhen? Preferably Shekou area. Any idea of lead time after first visit and measuring?
Need a suit for an upcoming wedding. ...

Exit D of Shuiwan, head straight down the road and turn left at the hotel/car park. Keep going straight and there are two on either side of the road.

Hi everyone, some friends are visiting next week and they'd like to get some suits done (not in the day, of course).
