If you've owned a dog before & know you don't actually need a lot of what else they'll try to sell you Vet Value Shepshed is fine for puppy vaccinations. Otherwise Cockburns.

Vets for Pets Loughborough.

Vets 4 pets Loughborough- Luke & Sam are both excellent. They do a vacs for life scheme £99 one off payment for annual jabs, so paid for itself after 3 yrs. And they don't try and sell unnecessary meds or food - our dog has multiple allergies and Luke was honest to say it would be cheaper for me source the recommended specialist food online. They also keep a prescription held for us so I can simply phone for medication when he has a flare rather than having to make an appt and pay consultation fee. Have used both Cockburn and vet value in the past but would chose to travel to Loughborough for vets 4 pets.

Meadow lane are very thorough and really good but it is a bit of a trek especially if you have an emergency! Dogs trust do some really good value dog training as well xx

Vets4 pets is the most recommended but I hear you sometimes have to wait days to get in. I personally use meadow lane vets. Can be expensive but you can always get in

Cockburns - brilliant, Vet Value - rubbish

Best vet round here is Chine House Veterinary practice. They have nurses on site 24 hours and are reasonably priced do not sell food only prescription food

Awful, they (Vet Value) advised us to have one of our cats put down due to a skin condition, once we stopped using the medication provided by them it cleared up and she’s fit and well 6 years later - they are very expensive. Can recommend Meadow Lane x

Cockburns Coalville do not sell food except for prescription diets. Also I have never been question as to have I got wormer, flea treatment etc. No hard sell that I experienced at Vet Value

You surely would have noticed that no one (so far) has recommended Vet Value in Shepshed..... There is a reason for this. Personally Chine House in Sileby is the only place for me but Vets For Pets has no complaints as far as I know. X
