The Ink Spot in Casper or Freehand Rob here in sheridan are my favorites. If you go to Ruby Rays, please make sure to fight for what you want. She pushed me into getting a piercing where I did not want it and then had troubles with it and went elsewhere to get it done where I actually wanted it and have not had issues since. Best of luck though.
