Hey Nicci. Umm how long have you had the 300? You may try to call a lawyer (one that will answer a question for FREE). There is (or was) a lemon law in Texas. Lemon Law has to do with a car being sold to you that is no good. CALL IF YOU CAN BEFORE you take the $1000 back. Excepting the 1000 may wave the lemon law IF there is one.
