Follow your insurance, but I recommend Jennifer neinaber at sherwood family chiropractic. ..I love her she is so sweet! I went to her years ago when I had never been and she is was phenomenal! I currently go to Dr Dan Burnett in Wilsonville at Boones ferry chiropractic if your willing to go that far. I used to work there and he is stellar!

I used to go to Debra Petrotta in Sherwood - I liked her but didn't get a long term fix - now I go to liz Giles in ne and she is amazing! She's also a Pilates instructor and a fairly new dc so has some really gentle innovative moves. Worth the drive if you can be bothered! Hope you feel better soon:)
