I second Mark Olivetti!!! (plus I work there) he does Active Release Technique which focuses on the soft tissue and breaking up adhesions rather than just cracking you, so it truly fixes the problem. And if all else fails, sign up for Acupuncture with me!

I just had a really random injury and I went to Dr. Dean Burkholders office right here in Shippensburg. Everyone in the office is very accommodating and Dr. Burkholder takes his time and is soooo very kind. Between a couple of adjustments since Thursday and one massage I feel almost 100%, on Thursday I couldn't move my head... just the weight of my own head was hurting my neck and back. So, HUGE improvement ha!
Cheryl D. replied:
Dr Eshbaugh is in Chambersburg behind BJ's and is fantastic! He is well worth the drive! Dr. Orndorf on Olde Scotland Rd in Ship is good too.
