Try going direct with tipton and coseley. Top rates and small bank. Also Loretta Aston at mortimers as a solicitor.

I do use Mr Mark Hayes at Chequer Wealth, St St John St - offices next to Lowtown Post Office - check web site - never let our family and friends down - but not to sure if he does mortgages.
