Roger Jervis= Hi Roger It was a Manchester based company with quite a lot of branches. I think they took over a local company called Hunters and my grandfather (Taid in Welsh!) was the manager at Rhosllanerchrugog near Wrexham-but he came to Shrewsbury for holiday cover I think- I remember coming down here and then getting a lift back from Shrewsbury riding on the back of an open-backed lorry! Very safety conscious!!
