Worcester County Light Opera is great. My family and I were involved with them for over 40 years. It's about a 20 minute drive, depending on where in Shrewsbury you are, but it's worth it. www.wcloc.org and https://www.facebook.com/pages/WCLOC-Theater-Company/266818737064

I don't think very many theater camps do stuff with kids that young. I think Skyrise starts at 5, and it was still a bit of a stretch as far as being able to pay attention and remember lines, etc. for my younger daughter the first time she did it, and she was almost 6 at the time. You can check out Skyrise and see what they have. http://www.skyrisechildrenstheater.com/

Apple tree arts for wee ones... or keep checking http://www.netheater411.com/index.aspking this website and have her audition for a show that needs young kids...
