Can someone please suggest a kennel? We use Cherrywood now but the last time we brought our dog there they didn't even check if her vaccinations were up to date(they...

Companion Pet Sitting in Northboro is great for grooming and taking care of your dog in your home if you are gone. If you are looking for overnight care All The Dog Do Day in Shrewsbury is great. It is by the Christmas Tree shop on Walnut street - it is not hard to get to. That is where I board my dog.
Sarah P. replied:
Jessica LaRue Goldsmith Marc looked into that. Apparently you have to take classes their to be able to board

We've been using Dalton's as well. We haven't had any issues, but our dog is not excited to go there, especially as compared to her excitement level when going to daycare at The Doggie Den. I found Gibson's to be kind of elitist, seeming to prefer purebreds and non-bully breeds.

Bark N Bubbles in Millbury Mass checks ALL dogs vaccinations. They even call the vet. The dogs play outside and they even have a lagoon where the dogs can swim.

We used Cherrywood and after the last time we took our dog there, he would no longer go in his crate. He was terrified. Now we board him at his vets (Community Animal Hospital) and he loves it. They have outdoor time where he gets to run around and play with other dogs and we get photos and a write up just like a child day care. Plus we get him groomed while there. It's like a doggy spa:)

We love Linda's Doggie Playland in Westborough http://www.lindasdoggyplayland.com/ They have Daycare and Overnight. They are very particular about the dogs they take and pay a lot of attention to the details! And the dogs are outside most of the time playing with the other dogs and a person is with them out there at all times!

It's not in town, but we love Bark & Bubbles (formerly Dogma) in Millbury. They've always taken great care of our dog and it's the only place we'll board her even though we live right across the street from another kennel here in town.
Angela P. replied:
If you end up looking for them they're still under the Dogma website: www.dogmadoggy.com or here on Facebook as BARK N bubbles (and I can never find them without the caps lock on for BARK!)
