Rob Hall. My father is a certified arborist in New York, I always ran everything he did for us by my dad and he gave it the thumbs up.

You can be one of two kinds of a Certified Arborist. 1. ISA which is the International Society of Arboriculture 2. MAA which is the Massachusetts Arborist Association. If you go on either of those two public websites, and search for vendors, those you find there are Certified Arborists. If you do not see a persons name there, they are not certified. I hope this helps.
