I would also recommend that you check out Yelp reviews on all schools you are considering. I didn't have a great experience at SMCNS. Many people love it though. Hastings Ranch might seem a little structured for two year olds but really it's not. That was my impression the first time I toured it. I chose Sierra Madre but I regretted it. Most the staff I encountered at SMNC was great. But at a point we withdrew my son and we were much happier at Hastings Ranch.

As others have mentioned above, Maria Thompson is wonderful! Warm and loving with solid child development knowledge. She's in Sierra Madre and you can tour to see if it's right for you and your child.
