No need for a personal trainer with CrossFit bc classes are small and you get one on one attention. But if you do want personal training we do offer it. Crossfit Essentials behind Kroger on Jonesboro Rd. Made the biggest difference for me. Zack is the owner and the trainer. Classes are small and we are like a family. Love it!!

Dennis Poer's wife JoAnn was from Safford. She had a woman's clothing store in Fry and told people she gained advice from her father who owned a successful furniture store in Safford. According to dad if you own a store and you lose money two months in a row you should consider closing the doors. She said this is sound advice. I'm with Carolyn Cruz for economics fans this is called the law of diminishing returns.
