we use Jarrettsville Family Care (for all of us; very supportive of BFing, feel like she's open to me not wanting to medicate immediately and going with the flow), Delta Christian Academy, and Dr Roth for dentist. There's ChesapeakeMommies.com which has a lot of info as well.

We really like our dental practice at Stonebridge Dental in Shrewsbury. They are a family care practice. We also like Spring Valley Family Medicine, also in Shrewsbury, for our adult care. We use Springdale Pediatrics in Red Lion for David. I think very highly of Dr. Ables but I don't know if she is what you are looking for.
