ISO a good but not overly expensive seamstress to hem and bussle my wedding gown...I bought it at Davids bridal and they wanna charge me close to 200 just for the hem!...

The complete seamstress and more, Beth Wimer, dalton 330-684-4481 she works out of her home, is a really sweet and kind person, and does not at all overcharge. I just got a bridesmaid dress and am taking it to her for any alterations needed.
ISO: a seamstress that can add a neckline, sleeves and possibly a sash to cinch the waistline to make the dress in the first photo look more like the second.
