The EEOC and Department of Labor won't do anything. An employer would have to have done something illegal and really big. That is probably one reason an attorney won't do anything. If you want to know what you can or cannot do call barb at women aware. I doubt there is much if anything. Except perhaps to win a dispute on the unemployment dispute, which like I said you can do yourself if you get the info you need on how to proceed.
