Anna's Bespoke Cakes. She did my wedding cake recently and not only did it look beautiful it was the most amazing tasting cake with lots of layers. We had a marbled white and dark chocolate mud cake filled with chocolate ganache. It was so light for a mud cake. And our top layer was a red velvet sponge that had a similar texture to mud cake and was filled with a white truffle ganache. Go for a cake tasting, and you will see why she is amazing! But get in quick as she only does 1 or 2 wedding cakes a week. And you will see why it takes so long to make a cake when you cut the icing, I swear there were 4 wafer thin layers of icing plus 3 layers of cake in each tier. Wedding cakes cost a lot of money, so you at least want it to be the most amazing cake you have ever tasted.
