Not in New Orleans, but Taylor's Automotive is great. They will look at your car for free. They will also call you before they do anything. It is a bit of a drive from New Orleans, but the owner is a great guy. (985) 641-0339 I live in Picayune, and I still drive to Slidell to use him.

There's the Radiator Shop on Fremeaux. http://businessfinder.nola.com/the-radiator-shop-slidell-la.html I had a Radiator issue once and took my car to a Dorr's and what they did was remove my radiator and sent to the Radiator Shop where they did the repairs. I think that I got charged more
