Sounds like either a busted or leaky radiator hose. Worst case, you've got a busted headgasket. Check the oil on the dipstick and see if it looks milky. Firestone on 70 in Smithfield is a good honest place.

You’ve got radiator issues and cooling issues. Don’t run it too long or far especially in the heat.
