Margaret - Dwayne Baughman owns Direct Carpet cleaning and he is our only "go to" carpet professional.:)

Dwayne's guys use a moisture meter to detect soiled carpets, padding and can tell if it's water or urine. They'll look at it first and if they feel it can't be brought to their standards, they'll turn down cleaning it. 877-999-0300 reaches them and I can't say enough good things about their company, who they are as people and I consider Dwayne more than an aquaintence or business referral. He'll treat you right.
