Make sure your caker is licensed and insured. This will make sure your guests don't get sick and you have recourse if something goes wrong. Quite honestly, these cupcakes are extremely easy to make if you wanted to save yourself some money. Decorated cupcakes typically run between 3.50 and 5.00 each. If you pay less, I cannot stress enough about license and insurance. Cakewrecks.com exists for a reason.
