Cornhill are great, especially Dr Yorke & Dr Ahmed with kids. We phoned late one Friday afternoon when my daughter was around 2 and Dr Ahmed told us to bring her at 6 pm after surgery had finished. He's an absolute star with the kids.

West Heath Surgery are fab!! I always get an emergency appt on the day with a choice of am or pm. And quick appts for non emergency. You can get call backs from the gp too if need be. They are open 7 days a week and also have other services there too. Oh and the nurses are lovely too

Leach Heath medical centre. Look on the CQC website for the rating of practices

I was at new Road, and now at the wrong side of the road. We moved as a family to Cornhill surgery and so far have found them to offer an excellent service. Hope this helps.
Alison B. replied:
I'm with Woodland Road surgery and the great thing about them is they have open surgery every single day in the morning and afternoon (mornings only Wednesdays) so you can always see a doctor on the same day.
Lorraine F. replied:
Woodland Road surgery is great. Was sorry to leave them as we moved out of the area.
Natasha W. replied:
Definitely Hollymoor Medical Centre or Northfield Medical. I'd avoid smaller GP surgeries. I used to be with Jiggins Lane and loved their service. Hollymoor is good though - most things can be booked online nowadays and the doctors and nurses there have been great
