You could fix this yourself by buying a piece of leather and gluing it in place. To get a clean edge where it meets the arm just fold the material using a ruler and glue in place. Repeat for anywhere else you will see the patch. These guys have the leather material for £20 including the glue but it might be another 10 or so more if the hole is bigger than a metre.
