At the SPI KOA, we 24 rental units (cabins, condos, and Airstream travel trailers). In summer, cabins start at $184.99 per night, plus tax, first two persons. This is for the 4 person studio (no kitchen, but has mini-fridge and microwave). The upper end cabin (with a private porch right on the bay, kitchen, sleeps 6) is $268.99 per night, plus tax, two people. After August 23rd, rates go down a lot, starting at $78 per night midweek. Extra persons, adults $6, kids (ages 6-17) $4, infants under 6 free.
