A friend turned us on to Ornelas Bakery in Rio Hondo, TX. I don't have words! When you walk in, you take a big round aluminum tray and a pair of tongs and you load up your tray with whatever you want to buy. It must be 20 x 20 in there with floor to ceiling shelves behind glass doors. Each shelf has different bakery on it. Never saw such a variety in my life! Then to top it off, we had a tray full of homemade bakery and our bill was $3.65!!!!!
