For Pediatrics I like Dr. Thurber in Brownsville. I have also heard good things about Patino in Brownsville on Gloor (which is a little closer), but to be real, I always just end up at Boys & Girls clinic in PI because usually the illnesses pop up out of nowhere and I dont have time to schedule and appointment then do the 1.5 hour round trip. I have previously used Dr. Rocco and Dr. Thelma Gonzalez, also in Bvile

My Gyn (because I'm done with the OB part) is Dr Magdalena Flores in Harlingen. She does both though. Dentist...we like Dr Lalonde at Los Fresnos Dental.

Dr. David Lecusay. He is really thorough. And when my daughter got a tiny cold he didn't want to just pump her full of antibiotics just for a stuffy nose and sneezes. Just a mild script for Tylenol for fever if she got one. But still tested her mucus just to make sure it wasn't viral, before his recommendation. And an additional plus they use an app to track growth and procedures if any are done.

Dr. Ali at MM pediatrics next to the expressway in Brownsville! He doesn't just pump your child full of medication and is very honest! He also has great "bedside" manner!

Well it's in Brownsville, but I like Jorge Patino. I've been going to him from our first post birth visit. Very friendly doctor and spends a good amount of time with the patients. It's a small, clean clinic that is really easy to get in and out of driving wise. And I've never been there for more than an hour, even when I've walked in w/o appointment. Those are my 2 pet peeves about clinics. He's been around 30+ years, really good DR

I use Jorge Patino as a pediatrician - in Brownsville. No complaints- they have walk in hours and appointments. I still haven't found a GP that I like.
