Garage Door Joe's at (844) 244-JOES garagedoorjoes.com He came out and did a great job on ours a couple weeks ago - even lifted it so I could get my car out over the weekend while he had a custom coil cut for my "special" track (whoever designed my home was on crack and there were lots of idiotic customizations that make replacing/fixing things a giant pain in the rear). I couldn't even help, as I'm laid up with a broken foot, and my husband was out of town.

Thanks Betsy Bennett! I had Rodney with Garage Door Solutions come out today and he was great! Super nice, explained everything clearly, fixed the problem, serviced both of our garage doors (even though only one was broken). Work is guaranteed for one year. I don't anticipate having any problems because he did so well, but if we ever do I will be calling him back!
