Colleen, my dad took his older car to this nice guy, Angelo on San Bruno Ave for years and years. His shop is called A&R Automotive. He was the nicest, honest guy. If you go to him, tell him you're a friend of Louis Bianchi. Good luck. (My dad also had the same issue with passing the smog.)
