You should look for a qualified physiotherapist or osteopath. They're a lot more likely to be able to work out exactly where the tightness is and deal with it than a generic massage therapist. I can recommend a couple of places in Heathmont, but that might be too far East for you?

Holiday Calm in Oakleigh on North Road. They're covered by HICAPS as well if you have private health insurance, otherwise it's $60 for 60 min full body deep tissue. Tell them when you're booking what your issue is and ask for someone who uses a strong technique. Depending on who answers the phone their accent might be a bit hard to hear through, but I've only had one bad massage there in three or four years.

There is a qualified massage therapist in Camberwell Chiropractic, she's hicap covered and pretty good with what she does.Booking in advance is advised because she only works there certain days of a week.
