I did reply to Sandy directly but for the benefit of the rest of us that might need info: Some prop-makers keep a huge inventory of thousands of props. When the call comes, they rent the props or modify and then rent them. Last weekend's mitzvah party , the prop guy even made a motorcycle prop - cost him thousands of dollars in his time but he only charged the client a typical rental fee since he hopes to rent it out again someday, perhaps multiple times. He also did all the set up and beak down at my local Marriott. His name is: A.J. Strasser Productions – Commercial Sculpture – Fairfax VA – 703-978-0190. As far as selling props, I would suggest asking the person who is making them but for a second opinion, no harm asking A.J. Strasser Productions.
