I live at 19 th and Osborne (hiya neighbor) and the folks who did my place we've known for years, and they've done jobs for many of our family members and friends - Ron Swartz Construction. I'll PM you some direct contact info, but their website is www.ronswartz.com We tore ours down pretty deep because it had been really badly cared for by the previous owner, and these folks made sure everything was built to last. They also have a former employee they send smaller jobs to, depending. Talk to Cindy and she can get you going - I'll send you her info.

I do smaller repairs on electrical plumbing roofing pretty much anything, but bigger jobs like a whole remodel would probably be a little bit to much for me although I'm always willing to learn. let me know if you need any help with some smaller jobs.

Weird. I'm also at 19 th and Osborn and just starting a bathroom remodel. We just had our tankless water heater installed today. unrelated to the bathroom, we now need to r/r a large portion of plaster in our living room due to it separating from the lath, so if you know any experts, please send them my way.
