No zillow is not generally up to date. Many of the listing on there are no longer available. I personally would say try hotpads.com and craigslist.com but always be careful of people trying to scam!

Look at hotpads.com, Remax is a good place to look, also renoprop.com, Ken Mckim from Realty Corner is a very nice agent and they have a good amount of rentals available frequently also. Mary Coleman from Don Hinkel Real Estate is another wonderful contact to speak with. I work for Greathouse Real Estate but we do not have any rentals at this time.
