I highly recommend Charlie Shumate... he is more then a master barber/ beautician ! He is a great stylist... but he likes doing a whole overhaul and help ppl with teeth whiting, clothes, make-up, jewelry. .. he lives to help change peoples life and give them back the confidence they have lost... Lol not everyone needs those services.. regardless he is GOOD.. and he will come to you! And his rates are awesome too!!

I don't agree with whoever said to stay away from cookeville. There are lots of great stylists here! !!! It does take the right person for the job, but there are very capable stylists right here. I recommended Shannon Gambrell at Loxx Salon and posted a pic and comment of just one of her clients. You should at least talk with her.
