To Paul Desmond with the leaky faucet - the friendly folks at Home Depot can guide you to the right parts for $6, and it takes about 15 min, an allen wrench and a pair of pliers to fix. Take out 3 small old parts, put new ones in. My husband and I did this just tonight, because our faucet was driving me crazy.

What kind of handyman work? We had Duane Rodgers redo our kitchen and bathrooms and he was great. Steve Russell has done some work for Michael's parents and we were pleased. As for the plumber, Total Plumbing is great, local to our neighborhood, and he is a great guy. Michael can give you contact info.
